Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Users are entitled to a refund in the following cases:

• Technical failures caused by our infrastructure that prevent use of the Application for more than 48 hours
• Erroneous double charges
• Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the first subscription charge (no reason required)

2. Exclusions

• The 7-day free trial period — no charge is made, so no refund applies
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after the billing date
• Cases where the service has been fully used during the billing period

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to bhaccp@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your BHACCP account email address
• Date of the charge
• Reason for the request (optional)

We will respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Paddle.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
