By registering and using the BHACCP application, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service in full.
BHACCP is a SaaS tool for digital HACCP food safety record-keeping, compliant with the Food Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette 50/04), the Food Hygiene Regulations (Official Gazette 04/13), and EU Regulation 852/2004.
BHACCP is an assistive tool and is not a substitute for a certified HACCP consultant or official certification process. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all entered data.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of registration data, safeguarding their PIN code, and all activity carried out through their account. Creating false accounts or sharing access credentials is prohibited.

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Applicable VAT will be added in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The final amount including VAT is displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), acting as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancellation is available at any time with no termination fee.
Users are entitled to a refund in the following cases: technical failures preventing use of the Application for more than 48 hours caused by our infrastructure, erroneous double charges, or requests submitted within 14 days of the first subscription charge (no reason required). Refund requests must be sent to bhaccp@gmail.com. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features, without providing payment details. After the trial expires, access is restricted until a subscription is activated. All entered data is retained.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of HACCP records, regulatory compliance, and timely record-keeping. BHACCP bears no responsibility for inspection findings resulting from inaccurate or untimely data entry.
BHACCP is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Application, data loss due to force majeure, or inspection authority decisions. Total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
All rights to the Application, its code, design and content are owned by BHACCP. Decompilation, copying, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The courts of Sarajevo, BiH have exclusive jurisdiction.
